How it came together

This Chesapeake Beach home was upgraded with a multi-level outdoor living design that blends style with functionality. The project features a spacious lower composite deck paired with an upper deck to create multiple areas for relaxing and entertaining.

A custom screened porch with a beadboard ceiling adds comfort and protection from the elements, while an integrated rain management system and vinyl trim give the space a finished, low-maintenance look. A matching A-frame roof was built to tie the new structure seamlessly into the home’s existing roofline.

Decorative lattice panels provide added privacy and visual interest, completing a versatile outdoor living space designed for everyday use and entertaining.

Lawn Artists transformed my lawn with a 4 1/2 month project that addressed dire drainage issues on the property. They are professional, personable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. At the end of the project they had replaced three retaining walls with ones that work and are beautiful as well. Also they built a paver walkway around the house to again, focus on the erosion issues. Pavers were used on our driveway and beautiful patio. They came took measurements photos and aerial drone photos. Then through video conferencing we worked all the details and my concerns out on an interactive 3D model scale. It was like I was right there doing the design. The crew was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Many compliments from Neighbors around the block. Also they came in lower on price by the time we were done then you're bigger companies that I have visited.
